Ivy's First Birthday!

So Ivy turned one on July 26th and her first birthday was very magical and stressful. Any mummy will know that planning your child's first birthday isn't easy. You want everything to be perfect! And if one little detail doesn't go according to plan you feel like your letting them down. (Silly I know)
We hadn't planned a party we just wanted close family and to have a bbq at our house. Well as typical as it was it bloody rained all day on her birthday! We haven't got the biggest of houses so trying to fit my family and Lewis's in was a tight squeeze but we made it work.
Ivy was completely spoilt and had so many lovely presents from everyone. Even at one years old she loved the attention she got.
We had such an amazing day with her and took so many pictures to share with her when she is older.
Ivy isn't walking yet but she is so close and we constantly get baby talk now as well with the odd word added in she knows, which is the cutest thing. I know every parent says this but I don't know where this last year has gone, we was looking back on baby pictures and its crazy to think now that she was ever that small.
Well the next big thing is going to be christmas before we know it and we all know how stressful that is! We haven't decided what we are doing this year yet but we will probably spend it at home just us three.
